Karate Class

Students will learn GoJuRyu, a Japanese style of karate. Go (hard) Ju (soft) Ryu (school). Karate is a series of hand and foot techniques that are used for personal development and training. Karate was formalized in Okinawa. The colored belts students wear indicate the level of training.

Karate classes are held Monday through Thursday and some Saturdays.

Beginner classes - Mondays and Wednesdays (4:00pm-4:30pm), Regular classes 4:45pm-5:30pm Monday and Wednesday; Tuesdays and Thursdays - 4:00-4:45pm, 5:00-5:45pm, Tiny Tigers - Tuesday and Thursdays (6pm-6:25), Tuesday and Thursday - (6:30pm -7:15pm) for 13yrs and above. Homeschool classes - Tuesday and Thursdays at 2pm.

Tai Chi Class

Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretching. Each movement flows into the next without any pauses. The body is in constant motion while performing slow movements that strengthen the muscles. While performing Tai Chi, soft music is played to set the overall mode for training.

Tai Chi classes are held on Wednesdays from 5:45pm-6:25pm. and Thursdays from 12:00pm-12:40pm. Complete “sign me up” red button below.

Self-Defense Class

Self-Defense is a countermeasure that involves the health and well-being of oneself from harm. The self-defense class uses feet, hands and elbow techniques to defend oneself.

Self Defense and kumite classes are held every Thursday at 6:30p - 7:15pm.
